Manasquan Criminal & Municipal Court Charges
When Summer Activities Become Illegal Activities
The summer is an exciting time for young people. With no school, relaxed curfews, and parties, it is a great time to let loose, but it can also be a time when young people make mistakes that affect their futures. My name is Anthony N. Palumbo of the firm Palumbo & Renaud, and with over 35 years of criminal trial experience, I understand that fun summer nights can easily lead to charges of DUI/DWI, Possessing an Open Container, Public Intoxication, Underage Drinking, Disorderly Conduct, or Possession of Marijuana.
When charged with such an offense, it is to your advantage to hire a former county and municipal prosecutor and a long time criminal defense lawyer, who knows what to expect from the local judges prosecutors and police. Everyone makes mistakes, but don't let one mistake ruin a bright future. Contact me today for a free initial consultation. I represent clients throughout New Jersey including:
- Manasquan
- Belmar
- Seaside Heights
- Point Pleasant
